Entry by Owner Owner may enter the premises with 48 hour notice for Inspections repairs order to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers. Emergency entry may be made without notice if needed. Termination and renewal Tenant must provide 60 days written notice before vacating. Lease may be renewed only with a signed written agreement by both parties. Default and eviction If tenant fails, pay rent or breaches, any terms of the agreement owner may terminate the tenancy. Owner made delivery written notice, specifying the violation and providing tenant with seven days to fix the default.
