This is actually for a unit at 905 Cleveland Street but zillow wont let me put up an ad for it. Rent is $790 with about $60-$70 a month in utilities. This is a lease transference, the lease goes until July 2026 but the apartment has options to renew. Renewal lengths are based upon semesters at UNT so if you renew the lease it will go until July 2027. The unit is a bedroom with a window, a walk in closet and private bathroom. It's on the third floor and has a small balcony. A good chunk of the room is taken up by the bed but there is still a good amount of space, i've managed to fit my own desk into the room. It comes with a bedside table, a chair and a desk. Unit has an in built drier and washing machine. Shared living space has a kitchen and living room. It is a shared apartment with 4 other rooms but there are only 2 roommates at the moment. They Recently Renovated the kitchen replacing the counters, sink, stove and fridge. My personal experience with this apartment has been quite good, maintenance does good work, the landlords don't bother you much and the utilities installed in the apartment are of good quality. There's a few convenience stores nearby and it's within walking distance of the Denton square which is a nice place to visit. Compared to other college town apartments I've stayed in before it's definitely one of the better ones.
