The main floor has high ceilings, hardwoods, full tile bath, full walk in closet outside the bath, ceiling fan and period features galore. The building has considerate and respectful tenants, so looking for the same in applicants. Applicants should have full-job or be in graduate school ( I make rare exceptions) Must have good rental history and credit. Sorry no smokers, no dogs, cats ok if indoor and very clean. This apartment is for single occupancy/ second person considered , but extra fees will be charged. I'll get several responses, so it would be best to tell me a bit about your current work or school situation and and any other pertinent information you would like to include. I'm looking to lease for 3 to 6 months(Zillowgives limited options)I can consider paying all utilities at a higher rate, or I'll pay some and prorate. You only need to establish electricity.
