I live in the basement with no access to the upper house and I have separate entrance. I do need to walk through the backyard to access my entrance, the outdoor furniture it's for your use, I use a non visible side part of the yard. Two 24" screens, webcam, wireless keyboard and mouse, printer and scanner. Just connect the USB-C docking station to your PC or MAC! KITCHEN: Chefs dream! Gas stove island, big refrigerator with ice maker and fridge, microwave, oven and tons of counters. Nespresso machine, drip coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchen essentials (Chefs Knives, plates, mugs, glasses, wine glasses etc) ROOM 1: Master bedroom with a floating 42" Smart TV, big closet and queen bed ROOM 2: Bedroom with twin bed, dresser and closet. BACK YARD: Technically shared. I enter through the garage and walk through the back yard to my separate entrance. The main area with the couches and table it's for your use. I need to take care of the grass and plants, and I use a non visible side of the yard when there is good weather. There is a little very polite dog (Nasa), that you'll need to be OK with her wondering around the area. I would accept small polite dogs in the house that don't bark. Washer and Dryer are right after opening the door to the entrance of my side of the house. They can be use any time before 10pm. The house is professionally cleaned after each tenant. Being on the west side of the city, you get quick access to the mountains, less than 15 minutes to the red rocks, and 10 minutes drive to downtown Denver Month to month furnished house. Utilities are included: gas, water, internet, electricity, trush. Dogs up to 20LB can be considerer if they are well behaved and don't bark.
