I do NOT accept section 8 and I do NOT rent to tenants who have been sued by other landlords. Tenant is responsible for mowing the grass & shoveling the snow. I do credit checks and will not rent to someone whose credit score is below 500. Rental application fee $15 for each adult who would be living there.
