Specifically designed for short-term travelers, our Luxury South Beach Suite at 927 Jefferson Ave., is a fully-equipped apartment located steps from the beach. This 1 bedroom suite is located in a wonderful neighborhood, in the center of South Beach. This suite features an open floor plan with the kitchen and living area. The spacious bedroom has a large, comfortable king-sized bed, and a newly renovated modern bathroom. Total 3 beds: 1 King sized bed 2 Double sofa-beds Rent4Days Miami Rental Agreement 927 Jefferson Suites Altos del Mar Security Deposit: Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a deposit of $300.00, as a guarantee for damages, which will be refunded at the end of the stay. In the case you have previously paid the security deposit through the online partner, the deposit does not apply for you. If your check-out date is on a Sunday, or a national holiday, your security deposit will be refunded to you the next business day in the form of a mailed check, or credit card refund (only if deposit is given in the form of a credit card). Payment Procedures: Payment must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation via our online partner. Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees partner fees. The apartment may not be used as a party place but only as an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please read these house rules carefully in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for our clients to have a pleasant stay in the city. Please respect your neighbors' night rest. Please respect your neighbors' night rest. Do not make noise in the stairways or in the suite after 8 pm on weekdays and after midnight (12:00am) on weekends. Parties and guests are absolutely forbidden. Close the doors of your apartment. Smoking is forbidden on the property. When you go out, please make sure that you have turned off the lights, air conditioner and/or heater. Lock the exterior doors and the windows and the main door downstairs. Clean the dishes in the apartment and remove the garbage before you check out. You can leave the garbage in the appropriate containers on the street between 8 and 10 pm. Remember that the check-out time is before 11:00 am, as we need to clean the apartment prior to the next check-in. In the event of complaints from a neighbor due to excessive noise or any annoying behavior from your side (or any person in the group) Rent4Days or a neighbor may require the presence of the police. In this case the client accepts to leave the apartment immediately and without any refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
