Backyard has off street parking for two cars. Tenant may garden in the backyard. Pets are allowed if house trained, limited in number, spayed or neutered, and friendly. No more than two combined. No pet deposit or pet rent, but any damage done by pets will not be considered normal wear and tear. This house is close to W light rail line, an easy walk to Decatur or Knox stations. 20 minute bike ride to downtown Denver and close to the frisbee golf course at Paco Sanchez Park. Initial 10 month lease preferred, then month to month - last tenant stayed here approximately 10 years. Credit check is paid for by property owner. Applications are only accepted after someone has come to see the property, or has arranged for a virtual walk through and around the house.
