If you're sensitive to noise, you may hear some occasional noise from neighbors or from the nearby 'L' train. A white noise machine and earplugs are available in the unit for sensitive sleepers. If you smoke inside of the apartment, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay.
