Private bedroom upstairs with double bed and private bathroom with shower and walk in closet. Spacious kitchen and outdoor covered patio, with carport. No smoking allowed. No loud music. Quiet after 9:00 pm. Three month minimum. Covered parking for one car. $100.00 cleaning fee at end of stay taken out of security deposit. Use common courtesy with cleaning up the kitchen and laundry etc and I will do the same.
