There is a large living area and a great kitchen with all new appliances and hardwood flooring. The half bath is located on the main floor. Basement is mostly finished with an unfinished wash room/storage area. Brand new washer/dryer included. We are asking $2100.00 per month, which includes the $135.00/quarter HOA fee (trash pickup, recycling, snow removal, etc.) Utilities are not included. Pictures available upon request.
