It has a 30x30 living room with a cathedral ceiling and 2 crystal chandeliers.An in ground pool with a building over it. Front yard is chain link fenced.has a walk in pantry. it has ceramic tile in Kitchen and living room. Marble tile in master bedroom. Hall is also ceramic tile. We had it appraised in October and that is the price we are asking for the amount it appraised for. I will put up more pictures as I get them. I will email pictures if ask to. There is a storage building behind the house. There is also a house/storage off to the side in front of the house. This house also has central heat and air. The second house needs work but can easily be brought back to form or used for storage. The pictures do not do it justice. You really need to see in person.
