A small dog (under 40 lbs) or a cat is fine. Other pets need to be discussed. All tenants in this building get along. Building is managed by owners, and we heavily screen. Rent includes the following utilities: Heat, common area electric, trash, water and sewer. You pay for phone, internet/cable and electric for this unit, which is individually metered, so pay for what you use. Plenty of off-street parking, a little grill area and pet area are also included.
