This is a relatively quiet, residential neighborhood 2 blocks from the beach. You are also 2 blocks from the heart of Pacific Beach, where you'll find countless bars and restaurants. There are two coffee shops, a good bar, and a great Italian restaurant in the immediate neighborhood. Check out: Enoteca Adiano (Italian restaurant), Oscar's Taco Shop (Best tacos in San Diego), Cass Street Bar and Grill (neighborhood bar), Clochette Du Coin (coffee shop). We are a semi-nomadic family that has rented out our home before. We take this VERY seriously and want you to have a wonderful time in our home. The home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. If you want the unit furnished the master bedroom can be furnished with a king size bed we have two twin beds suitable for kids available in the second bedroom. We will discuss configuring the unit to your liking prior to your arrival. This is NOT a party house. You will be swiftly evicted and your deposit will be kept in full if we hear complaints from the neighbors. This is an ideal setup for 2-3 people that want to relocate to San Diego or who are simply looking for a shorter term lease in with immediate proximity to beautiful Pacific Beach! 6 month lease to start running February 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 (likely with the possibility to extend if desired). Unit can be rented furnished or unfurnished. $4,500/month Two free parking spots and all utilities are included in your rent. First month's rent and one month security deposit are required to be paid at lease signing. We require a credit and background check for finalist applicants.
