The room is a fully furnished cozy basement room (90 sq ft) with a twin bed, desk, chair, coat rack/bench, nightstand, and lamp for $950/month, utilities included. You would share the basement bathroom with one other roomie. Note that this room is SMALL, ideal for a minimalist (ie cozy. If you're cool with tiny living and don't have much stuff, then this will work for you, otherwise, probably not). We all share the giant kitchen on the main level.
