We have 2 bedroom, 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 bath manufactured homes for rent available. The property has been rebuilt and is a very nice rental community with all good tenants. These are single family 1 story individual ranch homes. Tenants pay their own utilities. To qualify all working adults must have a combined monthly income of $4000. & credit scores of 650. House trained animals are allowed on a case by case basis with a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee per animal.
