There's a big backyard and sweet front porch, in addition to a new furnace, new paint, and new flooring. Rent is $1,800 month, with an additional deposit of $1,800 to secure the space. Dogs and cats are okay, pending my approval and an additional security deposit of $250 per pet. Utilities on the high end, as in the wintertime when the heat's going a lot, run usually no more than $170. There's a one-year lease.
