My first purchase in 1995 it was a rental when I purchased this home. I started with the horrible job of demoing the old plaster & lath then ran all new electrical . In 1998 I removed the old gravity fed furnace out and had a more efficient forced air system with central AC installed. I think around 2002 I had the three layers of roof torn off and a new 35 year composite roof put on with tuck point done around brick vent at top of roof.
