This unit is in the Skyscape building which offers great security both in locked access and an on guard attendant. There is also a parking space included which is underground and secure with camera's/key access. This unit is on the city side which is the most desirable view of the city and the downtown area. The 18th floor offers you a breathtaking view during the day but even more so at night. I have had 2 tenants since the building opened, they both loved it. The current tenant is only leaving me because she purchased a unit of her own in he building. This is a great community of both owners and renters. I have met many of the occupants over the years and it is a wonderful place for people to live. This unit offers Granite countertops in the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom area is carpet. The building offer additional perks like a workout area and a lounge and entertainment area for larger gatherings(by request.
