Hello! I recently got engaged and am always with my fianc at his house! So I've been wondering to myself when do I still pay rent and bills at my house? Hence why I'm looking for a subleaser! It is a 3 bedroom house, but only 1 bedroom is going to be subleased. The roommates are both girls that go to BSU and work. They are both nice, and easy to get along with. When I am there I'm usually alone because the girls are busy. The bills are spilt three ways and have so far been around $90-$100 a month give or take some. There is air conditioning, washer and dryer, and the closet in the room is fairly large. The lease is until August 1st. I'm looking for someone ASAP or at least by December.
