AC units, a fridge/freezer, a stove/oven, and a queen sized bed are all included with the apartment as well. There is a laundromat a five minute walk from the apartment, as well as an NJ transit light rail station a ten minute walk from the apartment. It is a 10 minute drive to Rutgers Newark and NJIT campuses, and a fifteen minute drive from Newark Airport. It is a three minute walk from Sacred Heart Cathedral and Branch Brook Park. Owner pays for gas, electric, and water (does not include internet). Renter gives a security deposit of $3,000 then pays $2,000 on the first of each month. Owner will also pay for repairs to apartment damages that are not intentionally made by the renter, (such as a backed up toilet or faulty electrical wire). Lease will be a year long.
