Owner pays for gas, electric, and water (does not include internet). Renter gives a security deposit of $3,000 then pays $2,000 on the first of each month. Owner will also pay for repairs to apartment damages that are not intentionally made by the renter, (such as a backed up toilet or faulty electrical wire). Lease will be a year long.
