Bedroom 5 is currently set aside as an owners closet but may be available depending on needs and rental term. Quiet street, parking in driveway or on street in front of property. No smoking, 26 day minimum. Max occupancy 8 persons. No subletting or "gifting" residence. Not for commercial use, no weddings or large parties permitted. Tenant pays cleaning person weekly $150.00 per week. Schedule provided in advance. No smoking, no pets of any kind please unless permission is granted ahead of time. Available: Vacation lease rates: June - $30,000 July - $42,000 August - $30,000 December - $22,000 Long term lease - $16,500 School year lease - $16,000 Utilities: Pay only gas/electric utilities above $400 if vacation lease. Long term lease pays all utilities. Pets possibly allowed but must disclose and pay non refundable pet deposit. (We have a child with allergies and asthma)
