older mobile home, it is not fancy, but the hurricane rated model..my wife and I lived there from Dec. 2020 until August 2021... we both worked from there during Covid-19...We were having a new house built and our old one sold quick... I have never seen any pest problem in the place... has a full kitchen, washer and dryer... For internet, I used an ATT cellular data plan with a cell booster and was getting up to 35-40mps... so easy to work from there (don't bother with DSL) Like I said, doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside not too bad... has a large elevated back porch overlooking the pond. Pond has a pump and feeder and a bunch of fish
