We did a major remodel in the summer of 2014. We opened up the kitchen to the dining room and family room and added sky lights in the kitchen. We remodeled the master bath, as well as the bathroom on the main level. We also replaced and widened the sidewalk and replaced retaining wall next to the driveway. Also in 2014, we had to replace the furnace/AC. More recently (May 1, 2016) , we had new upper deck built.
