my home has hard wood floors through out and a completely remodeled kitchen. New cabinets and built in island. New metal roof last year. Several upgrades made in the past 5 years. Two additions to the detached garage (new office and yard tool room.) It also has a shop with water & electricity and concrete floors. All of these are updates since we purchased over 5 years ago.
