However, you will have a walk-in closet and you get your own full bathroom, shower, toilet, double sinks (all brand NEW). -Rent is $1100/person. A security deposit ($1100). You must pay utilities ($50-75) which include wireless Internet (no cable). This leasing price is for the first 3 months. If everything works well, I prefer someone to stay for 6 months or longer. Month-to-month or couple lease price is $1295. You must inform me 30 days prior to departure to get deposit back.
