The frame of this house is from 1970, but we've just finished the master bedroom and bathroom this year. All new electrical wiring from the meter to the breaker box and throughout. All entirely new plumbing throughout. I rebuilt this home for my own family of 4. I'm a 28+ year carpenter so when I tell you there's not another mobile home like this in the entire world I'm telling you I've seen and remodeled every style there is, in the U.S. at least. I built it for style, comfort, but also efficiency. Our energy bill hasn't exceeded $300 even in the harshest of months because of the insulation I went the extra miles on. I went with real hardwood flooring in the main living area then stained it dark walnut before applying the clear coats, which you can see gleaming in the pictures. The ceiling in the kitchen is real 1×6 tongue and groove shiplap, painted distressed white for a farmy/ old timey feel. Throughout the pantry, utility/laundry, master bed and bath, and closet is real wood beadboard ceiling painted rustic brown, with faux beams in the master bedroom painted white. All three bedrooms have modern laminate flooring, vinyl plank in the master bathroom, and laundry and pantry rooms. In the hall/guest bathroom there's a tile floor, with reinforced floor joists to prevent grout cracking, with a full stand-up shower completely reinforced. Throughout the entire home is 1/2 inch drywall where you only find 3/8 inch in nearly all mobile homes. This helps with insulation and sound barrier. All doors are real, modern residential interior doors, no compressed paper product especially considering the real wood door jambs. All windows are double pane, helps with sound and energy conservation, with real wood wraps and interior trim. There's just too much custom work here to list it all off. Like I mentioned, I built this home for my own family and the only reason I'm selling it is because we've decided to relocate closer to my family on the East Coast, otherwise we'd take it with us! The exterior is built for longevity with metal roof and siding, and cedar trim which is very slow to rot. Underneath that you'll find real plywood and 3/4" foam board insulation.
