This has traditionally been used a house for graduate dental students over the last several decades but the location is also great for Medical Students. Its the house right behind the Jimmy Johns This is officially a 4 bed/2 bath house but can hold up to 6 people max and generally has been rented by 5 which works . The house is located in Kerrytown, 2 min walk from the medical school, 5 min walk from the dental school, and 10 min walk from downtown. Driveway parking available (4 spots) all included in the rent. Has central AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, furnished living/dining room, No pets allowed. In the past, the tenants had paid based on the room size (worked out between themselves), but can be set up any way. Utilities not included, they usually are around $60 per month per my past tenants. $6000 deposit and $400 non-refundable cleaning fee - home should still be broom clean at end of lease but no need to do deep cleaning to get full deposit back. 11.5 month lease payable in 12 equal monthly payments The landlord is very responsive and accommodating. New exterior paint last year and new roof this year. Tenants pay dte, water and internet. Off street parking is included in the rent
