No upgrade to the home. Renters are responsible for rental insurance if case of thief/burglary. No smoking inside the homes a ($500) fine will be issue for smoking inside the home. Not pet are allowed a ($350) fine will be issued for failure to adhere to no pets rule. Renter must return home in the same condition it was received.
