Alcohol use must not disrupt others. Parking: Tenant may park in the driveway or along the curb. The vehicle must not block the mailbox. Any damages caused by the tenant must be repaired at their expense. The Host is responsible for lawn care and upkeep of the exterior of the house. Tenant must report maintenance issues promptly.
