This park is actually very pretty! It is at the end of a dead end country lane and has trees all around it. All units have at least a small yard space. We are pet friendly even large dogs so long as they are friendly, on a leash, and pass pet screening with associated fees! The inside of all of our units are renovated and modern with neutral colors like you would find in a Nashville condo! We DO handle our maintenance calls and keep our units nice! There are only 6 homes in the park and it is fairly private and serene. This one should be done for a June 1st move-in. Included in the advertised rent is a resident benefit package. You get utility turn on concierge to help get them switched on at move-in, credit building (if you want to opt in at no additional cost), some renter's insurance, liability insurance and more!
