This is an amazing place to live! We have lived her for almost two years now and have loved the great community. We are only subletting due to my wife and I purchasing our first home. The apartment is pet friendly- each pet increases the rent by $30. So the rent is $1160 for us because we have a dog and a cat. There is a pool, a dog park, two workout rooms with fitness on demand, an internet cafe with coffee and tea, and a club house you can rent out whenever you'd like! The property manager, Arika, is a great person to work with; she knows about the sublease and is willing to work with new tenants in order to make a sublet easily transition into a full term lease. We are also somewhat flexible on the date the unit is available. There may be some wiggle room that could allow the lease to begin in May.
