This all inclusive basement apartment has its own walk out entrance at the back of our house, which faces open space, so no neighbors behind us. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, along with a queen sleeper sofa, a table with 2 cushioned chairs, a large TV, basically all the furniture in the pictures, along with linens. The kitchen features a full sized apartment refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster oven, a 2 burner cooktop and a variety of appliances for your use. Additionally, we can offer spices and dishware for your daily living. You can choose a keurig coffee maker, or a traditional coffee maker, a blender, a small combination baking/air frying/dehydrating cooker, an instapot, a small crock pot, the list goes on and on with options to make sure your accomodations are tailored to your needs. We are always happy to discuss options to help your stay be more enjoyable. For an optional equipment deposit, we'll give you full use of our bicycles, tent, paddle boards, snowshoes, tennis rackets, hydration packs, disc golf discs, accessories like gloves or scarves, etc. We are 1.5 miles to Children's Hospital, UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital, Target and multiple grocery stores, 2.5 miles to AdventHealth Littleton, and 15 minutes Sky Ridge Medical Center. The house is 10-15 minutes to 2 different Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Trader Joe's, 2 Costco's, and mulitple malls. There are multiple hikes in the area, including the miles of trails that start in our neighborhood. Pricing can be flexible for the right tenant(s). We require at least 6 months of occupancy and would prefer a 1 year lease, but can be flexible for the right fit. The rent includes all utilities, so you only need to pay us one monthly amount, which we can prorate for your stay if you stay more than 30 days. We offer an additional equipment deposit if you'd like to make use of our equipment at the house, such as bikes, tents, etc. There is no fee each time you use them, but the deposit is required to cover any potential damage. Garbage can be put out weekly. A background check is required, and will cost approximately $40, as outlined by the company doing the check. We are happy to extend stays, as long as the unit isn't booked prior to the tenant request to extend. We don't allow any smoking or pets inside the unit, since it's mostly carpeted, and we have cats that won't be in that unit, but could be bothered and react poorly.
