The living room and dining room are part of the original build with charming archways and "nichos" (built-ins). There is a smart TV, brand new air conditioning unit, and all utilities and internet are included with rent. First month's rent and refundable security deposit is due at signing. No smoking or pets. Minimum one month rental agreement. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. There is a driveway and free street parking. If you have pets, let's discuss (additional non-refundable deposit may be required).
