Outdoor options are dual, with classic West Philly front porch and Adirondack chairs (made by yours truly), and mid-size back patio with garden beds and ivy. In the basement we have washer and dryer, both new in the last few years, with a 2nd bathroom as well. Ample space for storage or tinkering on projects. Front yard is small but mighty, with a fine fig tree coming into fruit soon. If you're interested, please send some info about yourself!
