Hi there, I'm subletting the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment for the summer. I'm ideally looking for someone without a lot of stuff as the room is furnished with a bed side table and a desk. The bed is brand new and the room is a nice size with 2 large windows that let in great light and a fabulous breeze. It has a large closet with sliding doors for you to use. I just moved in so the living room is under-furnished, but I am in the process of choosing and ordering a couch, rug and other furnishings. It's really a lovely space in a quiet building on the 3rd floor. The building is well maintained with laundry machines on the first floor. You would be sharing the space with a female visual artist, I work in Chelsea 3-4 days a week and pretty active socially. I'm very clean and hope to live with someone that is also clean and respectful. I cook from time to time and will share. I am respectful of your space but also love engaging with new people or have a glass of wine together. It's a 7 min walk to either the C train at Kingston Throop or the 3 train at Kingston and directly on the B43 bus line. There is grocery and restaurants a short walk to Fulton.
