MCW students/residents/fellowship students welcome to a well maintained single family home: It has a recently remodeled kitchen which includes all the appliances, a family room, and bathroom with not only cosmetic updates but mechanical/electrical/plumbing updates as well. The central air and furnace quickly respond to temperature changes to make the house comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with walk in shower, and a single car detached garage. It's close enough to walk or bike to Foredert and MCW. Our last 5 tenants have been MCW/MUSoD students and it seemed to be a good fit for them. It is kid friendly with a back yard/swing set and pleanty of room for outdoor activities. A newly poured patio encourages relaxation after high stress days or entertaining friends and family. Remotely operated coded dedbolt locks which can be opened or closed from a phone app are installed. Installed is automatic outdoor lighting which improves safety and security. Half the basement is a laundry area including washer/dryer laundry sink. The other half is an activities area for young kids, home office, or a home gym. We encourage out tenants to "make the house your home" so we can be flexible on alterations. We also encourage to plant flowers in the flower box up from for which the expenses for such will be deducted from the rent (save you receipt). 1 year lease (followed by month-to-month but we ask for a 2 months notice to terminate the lease. All adult applicants must complete the Zillow application. Tenant responsible for: grass and snow (equipment provided),utilities, city sewer/water and cable. Landlord very responsive to any maintenance issues. The property cannot be used for any type of business or sub lets. Dogs and cats are welcome for an additional fee of $50/per month/per pet. If at the end of the lease there is no damage caused by the pets, half of the fee will be returned to the tenants. Rescrictions on dogs: Certain large and aggressive dogs breeds will no be allowed based on my landlord insurance restrictions. Additional detaild can be found in the lease.
