It is 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Estimated time of completion is the middle of August. You have a front porch and a back porch on the house as well. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is allowed. We have no pets but that is negotiable but they have to be approved and would add $50 per pet per month that is approved to the monthly rent. Owner is paying for the water, garbage, and the lawn maintenance and the renter will need to pay for electricity.
