We are heading back north and are willing to rent our Sun City home to someone who will treat it just like we do and enjoy our home as much as we do. It will be available May 2021 for up to 6 months. We are flexible on the number of months up to 6. This is not a year round rental as we will be returning to Arizona. This open concept home has updated kitchen appliances as well as two bedrooms with queen size bed in each. master and main bath. Our home is located in Sun City which is a 55+ community with many friendly neighbors. It is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Bell Road and the 101 without traffic noise. Utilities included (All Electric, Trash, Water, Sewer and Pool Maintenance)
