Hey, my name is Gilbert. I am the property manager. The apartment is on the second floor, and upon entrance there is a stair that leads upstairs to the main floor. We have a bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk in closet. A bedroom that is freshly painted with closet and new floors & another bedroom that is also freshly painted with new floors. Mostly wooden floors. They are not stained wood, but it is fresh flooring. I am a Property Manager for a Supreme Court Receiver. We do not have a security deposit, but instead a fee. We only require two payments which is a fee and first month. Upon paying the fee for the apartment, the tenant will sign a legally bound one-year lease and key that will have Supreme Court protections.
