Looking for a clean and responsible individual to rent a private, unfurnished bedroom and bathroom with a male in a shared house. Common spaces are available including access to a washer/dryer, mini fridge, and a deep freezer. Rent is $1500 per month with utilities included, and a $1000 deposit. This is a month-to-month lease with 30 days notice on both ends. No pets. Military and 3rd/night shifts are preferred but *not* required; couples would be charged extra.
