Cable TVs and WiFi, and a beautiful lake view. We are located on the second floor so you will have steps to walk up. Rental includes all utilities and one parking space. No pets. Short term rental until March 31,2025. Must pay deposit and first months rent. Portion of deposit will cover the cleaning fee.
