Any open bankruptcy will automatically be denied. Student Loans & Medical not considered for approval. - We will verify two (2) years of rental history. If you have an outstanding balance and/or eviction with another Landlord within the last four (4) years, balance must be paid in full. Evictions exceeding four (4) years will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
