(YOU STILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE FIRST MONTH RENT AND DEPOSIT WHEN SIGNING A 1 YEAR LEASE TO QUALIFY FOR THE RENTAL SPECIAL) AVAILABLE NOW IF THIS AD IS STILL HERE AND IT'S A REAL AD PLEASE READ EVERYTHING ON THE AD SO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM RENTING OUT My name is Luis I am the owner of the house and yes this is a real ad Please do not text me because I won't answer, please just CALL ME If I don't answer your call, please leave a voice message and I will call you back !!It's very straight forward what I am looking for and renting (Please read EVERYTHING carefully and NO this is not an apartment) What is being rented: 1 private master bedroom 1 private full bathroom inside master bedroom Brand new 70 inch smart tv already installed on wall Desk with office chair and 2 cabinet furniture Access to brand new shared kitchen that includes most utensils and all new electric appliances New shared washer and dryer tower You get 1 parking space on the property So, what I am renting out is everything an individual would need to live, survive, and most importantly save money Tenant I am looking for: 1) If you are a serious individual and by yourself. If you're looking at this ad and have read and understood what I am renting out. 2) You know exactly what you need to rent currently 3) You have the funds for the deposit and first month's rent when you contact me. 4) A person that is financially stable and can proof income and job stability. 5) No smoking or smokers on the property 6) No pets allowed on the property What information do I need from you: 1) driver's license 2) 2 months of most recent bank statements 3) 2 latest paystubs 4) I run a background check of all applicants before deciding if you would be the right fit for my property. 5) I do not run credit because credit will only tell me that you pay your bills on time and it does not confirm income so in my opinion that does not really help me to determine qualification. To qualify you must make a minimum net income that is 3 times the monthly rent I am asking for per month. So for the people that don't understand this very important part you must be making after taxes per month a minimum of $4,500.00 a month just to even qualify for this place Price: $1,500.00 monthly rent and $1,500.00 security deposit required and must be given at the time of signing a 1-year lease. So, you would need a total of $3,000.00 just to move in. I also do not raise the rent every year like most rental properties do. I raise the rent after the second lease is completed. So that means this rental price is locked in for 2 years once you sign the lease. Location: Laurel side of Howard County md, which is in a great and safe location to live in. Most importantly house is close to interstate 95 which is 5 minutes away from home. Home is located 22 miles from dc border line or 22 miles from Baltimore border line. 11 miles from university of md college park. House is right off rt 1 and whiskey bottom rd. Schedule for view: I am only available to show the room on these days and times: Saturday all day Sunday after 1:00pm Furthermore, the pictures you see in the ad are what you are getting access to on the property, thank you for reading Owner Luis 1 year lease
