Comes with fridge, stove, washer, hot water heater ( gas ) dryer ( gas ), furnace ( gas ) And a detached double garage with 100 amps of power. Will consider cats, or old/infirm/tiny dogs that won't wear out my yard. SHOWINGS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, and you have to answer the questions to be considered for one !
