Escape to Arizona! We are making our Sun City home available to someone who will treat it like just like we do and enjoy our home as much as we do. It will be available April 1, 2021 through the end of December. We are somewhat flexible on the dates. We will professionally clean the home and make sure it is totally sanitized before your arrival. This is our personal home which we have enjoyed for the last 8 years. It has an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and newer appliances as well as updated master and main bath. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen size Ethan Allen sofa sleeper in the Arizona room. You will enjoy our 45 inch big screen TV in the Arizona room as well with a 32 inch in the master bedroom. Your rental will include use of our gas powered golf cart to help whisk you away to your favorite golf course or Sun City thrift shop. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grille, cooktop, beer fridge and sink as well as a fire pit. Our home is located in Sun City which is a 55+ community with many friendly neighbors. It is conveniently located just a few minutes from Bell Road and the 101 without the traffic noise. Utilities included (All Electric Home /Trash/Water/Sewer/Internet)
