Old Town is a NO CRIME area! Please check out statistics specifically for Old Town area. Three homes directly across street are $1M plus in value, as is adjacent home to east. Another home almost directly across is occupied by a City of Bellevue police officer (owner). Centrally located natural gas Napolean Havelock, free-standing fireplace provides heat for the downstairs and upstairs area at very low cost. The fireplace features a remote control thermostat. I'm a commercial real estate broker and stay in our California home during the winter. Same tenant also did some painting which is being re-done. There are 4 parking spaces; two in front, and two off-street. TOUR REQUESTS: Home tours are available almost anytime as home is now vacant. Small dog or cat might be allowed for 50 per mo. Smoking not allowed inside home. *Renter's insurance w/300K liability required (typically at low cost). Proof of same required w/in 7 days. *Garbage paid by landlord p.s. Market recommended rental price is currently $3300.00 per month based on comparable rentals (according to Zillow). We are well below market rental price. 6 mo lease "considered", 1 year lease minimum ideally. Also, a two-month buy-out clause will be included in lease agreement. This is a standard clause provided by a rental association. Home has newer living room, kitchen, and bathroom floors. Please provide some basic info when applying i.e. # in family, job info No smoking allowed inside house. Downstairs floors are all recently installed luxury vinyl.
