So, two renters share the main bathroom (with tub and shower head) and all three housemates share the kitchen, washer and dryer, and large back covered patio. The kitchen has a stove and oven, a refrigerator and a microwave. One person per room. Each tenant will also have dedicated space in the shared kitchen, including in the refrigerator. On site storage is unfortunately not available. The house is about 8 mins away by car from both Whitman College and the Community College (or about 50 mins away on foot from both). Drugs and/or marijuana/cigarette smoking/vaping and/or incense burning/lit candles are not allowed anywhere on the property - to ensure a smoke-free and drug-free environment, tests may be done. Animals are also not allowed because this is a shared living situation with housemates. First month, security deposit and last month rent required to move in each bedroom.
