Medium-sized kitchen, comfy living room, and a nice balcony for relaxing or studying outdoors Laundry in-unit (washer and dryer!) , A/C, and heat included 1 covered parking spot in the garage Recycling and trash services on-site Rooms: One bedroom is a cozy loft-style space The other is upstairs, featuring a beautiful skylight that brings in a ton of natural light. Rent: The original rent is $3,300/month; we have reduced the cost to $1,600 for the unit ($800 per person), so we will be paying $1,600 while we are away. Lease Dates: January 1st, 2026 May 17th, 2026 NOTE: The apartment is completely unfurnished, so you can make it your own! With the option for it to be furnished if desired. Utilities : are through Excel and based on usage.
