Room 105 is the only room in the hotel with two bedrooms. There is also a full kitchen featuring full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop and oven. Full bathroom with bathtub. Rentals include all utilities (heat, WiFi, water, sewer), parking, and snow removal in the winter. We are located just minutes from I-95 and are directly across the street from North Beach. No pets allowed. No laundry onsite. No elevator onsite. Units available from November 1st - April 15th. Lease includes onsite parking, utilities and landscaping/snow removal. Applicants are subject to background/credit check + $75 application fee. Strictly no pets and no smoking. No elevator on site.
