The rent is $1300 ($325 X 4 students) and $1300 deposit. In the summer of 2022 installed new carpet, remodeled bathrooms and pained throughout. The tenants pay all utilities including yard maintenance. The house comes with frig, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. The house has central heat and air and off street parking and shed. The house is a five minute drive to Benedictine College. No Pets. Owner is Cherie Hein and Manager is Sarah Wilson.
